All participants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and possess a valid California driver's license or identification card.
No purchase is necessary.
Only one (1) qualifier or winner, per household, will be allowed.
A prize will not be awarded in the event that multiple winners per house- hold have occurred.
Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
AM 1510 KSPA, AM 1450 KFSD, and the sponsors of the promotion, their representatives and agencies of each, are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, inconvenience or incidental cost or fees that may occur as a result of, in receipt of, or use of the prizes awarded in the contest.
Employees of AM 1510 KSPA, AM 1450 KFSD, AM 1000 KCEO, and their agencies, sponsors, or families, are not eligible for the contest, nor can they benefit from it in any way.
AM 1510 KSPA and AM 1450 KFSD are not responsible for telephone line malfunctions.
Any applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
Winners must positively prove their identity to the satisfaction of AM 1510 KSPA and AM 1450 KFSD and, at their request, execute affidavits of eligibility and release by acceptance of prizes.
The winners consent to the use, without compensation, of their name or likeness for promotional advertising purposes, in connection with their consent.
Prizes must be claimed within two (2) weeks (14 days), or they become the property of AM 1510 KSPA and AM 1450 KFSD. Prizes may only be won every thirty (30) days.
